Business Hours

• Savera Group Headquarters operates Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Sunday is a weekly holiday.

• Our other ventures may have different working days and hours according to their individual operations.

• Holidays or unforeseen circumstances (public holidays, emergencies, etc.) may result in temporary changes to these timings without prior notice.​

Taxes / GST and Payment

• We operate under GST exemption limits. Therefore, GST is not applicable on any invoice issued by Savera Group and Ventures. 

• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any approved refunds will be issued only in INR, and Savera Group is not responsible for currency-conversion charges or exchange-rate fluctuations.

Privacy

• Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of information as outlined there.

 

Limitation of Liability

• Savera Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on its content.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
