All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any approved refunds will be issued only in INR, and Savera Group is not responsible for currency-conversion charges or exchange-rate fluctuations.

Venture-Specific Policies
Each Savera Group venture may have its own Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, and Return/Refund/Cancellation policies, based on the nature of its business. Please review the specific policy for the venture or service you engage with.

GST Exemption
We operate under GST exemption limits. Therefore, GST is not applicable on our invoices.

We accept online and digital payments through both government and non-government third-party apps and gateways.

• If we decide to cancel or make changes to any event, service, date, or amount—and a refund or exchange is approved—we must follow the refund and settlement process/policies of these third parties.

• Customers must cooperate with any timelines or procedures required by those providers.

Charges and Non-Refundable Fees
Event or service charges, taxes, and platform or payment-gateway fees may vary. We are not responsible for returning any such fees in any circumstance.
